Nestled in what the people of the Crescent call the Drakenhaunt, and what the sydhi call Tevahrdi Sai - Bowl of the Winter Drake - is the new sydhi village of Tusai Viil - Ship in the Bowl. Only a score of years have passed since the sydhi came out of Nalimoseo to aid in the War - barely a season for an immortal - but the community is growing fast as more and more sydhi leave the great old forest.

The village is extremely unique in that no permanent structures have been built. Instead, the few hundred sydhi who reside in Tusai Viil have constructed "walls," paths, and homes out of thousands of streams of colored cloth and silk, all strewn in such a say so that each sydha has a private home. When a breeze blows through the forest, the entire village of cloth shifts, giving an onlooker the feeling that he is looking upon a fleet of ships, sails pitching in the wind.

The sydhi have no boundaries and no walls, and invite any people to come visit them. They trade with the Khandians for silk, the trakloks of Duarmenstor for precious metals and herbs, and with the Gardaans for leathers and wools.

The community seems to mostly be focused around harvesting silverwood from the Drakenhaunt and Glimwood forests, with which the sydhi create weapons, armors, precious art, and sculptures.

Recently, a prince of the sydhi, Ruyoli Sumalili, has moved to Tusai Viil, and has even visited Prince Darak in Ordanth a few times to hunt gretches and giants in the Holds.
