Here are some humble offerings. These all have RL origins or roots, and I have no clue how many hit the mark. I'd be really curious to hear how you others came up with your awesome names.

I've edited my three PC submissions to tag the High Concept and Trouble aspects. To fellow players and GM alike, do any of the three strike your fancy? With the remaining aspects, I would like to add inter-PC relations/backgrounds. Also, I have never used FATE, Accelerated or otherwise, so I'm not confident that my listed aspects and stunts are in line with the rules and setting.

Also, sorry to hear of the hand injury, Superbright.

Minkai Tzang

Minkai Tzang ritually blinded and deafened himself when he was nine, so that he could become a disciple of the Bloodhound Death Fan style of marksmanship; he shoots by scent with nostrils flaring. Through an olfactory empathy he can smell secrets, guilt, lust, and other emotions, so attuned is he to psycho-chemical residues. Like many practitioners of the style, he makes his living as a vagabond thief-taker, a bounty hunter wandering the Plateau chasing down heretics and criminals. For Minkai, this is less a matter of amassing riches or serving the cause of justice as it is an opportunity to further hone his terrifying skills.

Although virtually deaf, Minkai can hear out of his left ear with the aid of a yak-horn ear trumpet; he requires this only to hear others speak, as his sense of smell is more than sufficient to guide him otherwise, being many thousands of times more sensitive than normal. His eyes are gone – burnt out of his head. He can speak quite capably when required, but has adopted many of the mannerisms of a wild dog to further enhance his abilities and so prefers to bark or growl than to use human words.

He is a scarred and mangy thing, all swollen veins and matted hair, bandoliers crisscrossing his torso, an abundance of pistols dangling from holsters about his haggard person.

If Steerpike is playing Minkai, I'd like to play either Nergüi or Subotai-Ygg (since Khulan's approaches would be largely redundant).

Posted a few Mythos creatures for y'all's consideration, so you can get an idea of the angle I'll probably be going with these. I'll try to get more up later today now that I've got my shiny new Kubrick-esque router up and running.

I like 'em. Since you mention that the Spiders don't look like spiders, but have multiple limbs and eyes and scuttling movements, what do they look like?

I'm picturing like Tyranid/Zerg/Xenomorph things for the Spiders.

Very inspirational, especially since I'm developing a similar setting (though set in an alternate US Old West, rather than a completely ficticious setting). I love the wordsmithy! My setting is very much Cthulhu inspired with other-planar aberrations taking over the west, with the adventurers attempting to prevent the darkness. Keep this up, I might purloin some ideas from here.
